🛠️Try a Trade!🧑🍳 Try a Trade Open Session is @mmv.llen ‘s long-running hands-on trades event, offering young people an opportunity to discover the world of trades and vocations in a fun, interactive way.
This year, @mmv.llen is teaming up with Local Jobs Western Melbourne region and @wbcfoundation to run a very special open session for ALL young people 15 years up. Parents/guardians and carers are most welcome to attend.

🛥️Cruise the Maribyrnong River🚣 Join Valley Youth and Moonee Valley City Council’s Conservation team as we cruise the river from Aberfeldie up to Avondale Heights then drift downstream. Whether you want some inspiration for your artwork, chat to environment and conservation experts, or are just keen see a patch of the river inaccessible from land, this activity is for you!

Are you aged 12–25 and keen to make a real difference? The Young People’s Committee is a crew of passionate young people working together to speak up, act, and shape what Moonee Valley looks like for young people.
We meet fortnightly to talk about issues that matter to us, work directly with council, and get involved in fun, hands on workshops that build confidence and leadership skills.

Valley Youth is excited to announce our newest project ‘Messages of Pride’, an initiative co-designed by the creative young minds in our Rainbow Valley program.
You can choose from 6 unique designs, all created by our young people in the hope that recipients of these cards feel celebrated, validated and seen.
Stop by your local Moonee Valley Library throughout November and December to grab your free card and spread messages of pride 🌈
